Founded by Global Icon Paris Hilton, The Talent Studios Places Ecommerce Leader at 11:11 Media
The Talent Studios has placed digital executive Erica Gray at Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media, a global next-gen media company founded by Paris Hilton and entertainment industry veteran Bruce Gersh in 2021.
11:11 Media operates at the center of pop culture – connecting content, community and commerce, spanning a broad array of businesses, including film, TV, audio, music, books, consumer products, and digital, with passion points around lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, art, travel and more. Elevating brands, building communities, and driving social impact through the power of storytelling, experiences, and products is the core mission of 11:11 Media.
In Erica’s new role, she will lead 11:11 Media’s ecommerce customer journey and business performance and be responsible for the continued growth of its DTC channels across product categories.
From handbags and fragrances to cookware and baby products, Paris Hilton and 11:11 Media have built a consumer products empire that has amassed over $4B in retail sales. Her consumer product lines receive massive traffic and conversion derived from Hilton’s following of over 82M+ and are sold across a variety of channels, including direct-to-consumer, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, Amazon, and more.
Based in New York, Gray most recently led ecommerce at women’s health and personal care brand, Love Wellness, where she oversaw the significant scaling of its direct-to-consumer and marketplace businesses in parallel with the with brand’s omni-channel retail launch into Target. Gray is a seasoned product and ecommerce leader, having formerly held ecommerce management roles at Pvolve, Jennifer Aniston’s functional fitness brand. Prior, Gray held category leadership roles at Wayfair, in the digital retailer’s luxury vertical, Perigold.
