The Talent Studios Places Residential Services Industry Vet as Chief Revenue Officer-in-Residence at PE Firm Trivest Partners

The Talent Studios has placed Jonnathan Rodriguez as Chief Revenue Officer-in-Residence at Miami-based private equity firm, Trivest Partners.

Trivest has completed more than 500 transactions since its founding in 1981 with over $8B in value created. In addition to current investments in Alta Pest Control, Yummy Pools, Open Road, Canopy Services, Besser Garage Doors, Trivest currently has over 40 investments across business services, consumer, distribution, healthcare and manufacturing.

The firm continues to expand its Portfolio Support Group and valuation creation capabilities by bringing best-in-class, seasoned operators to work across its portfolio.

In this newly created role, Rodriguez will serve as a strategic commercial advisor across the firm’s portfolio, identifying high-impact growth levers, shaping go-to-market strategy, and building commercial infrastructure to drive top-decile returns.

Jonnathan brings over 17 years of commercial leadership experience across high-growth, multi-site, and private equity-backed businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Express Flooring and prior, led Sales at Reunity, a PE-backed Home Organization & Garage Flooring provider
