The Talent Studios Places Chief Executive Officer at GIBBON

The Talent Studios has placed Luke Droulez as Chief Executive Officer of GIBBON Slacklines, the global pioneer in balance training and maker of the SlackBoard, named one of Time Inc.‘s 2024 Best Inventions in Fitness. GIBBON’s operating platform, PT Motion Works, was recognized as an Inc. Magazine/Inc 5000 fastest-growing private business last year.

Founded in Germany in 2007 by Robert Kaeding, GIBBON established the modern slacklining category before transforming it with the 2021 launch of the SlackBoard, a portable, indoor-friendly balance training platform spanning home fitness, youth development, athletic training, and physical therapy. GIBBON North America was founded in 2022 and has scaled to serve customers across Major League Baseball (MLB), National Hockey League (NHL), National Football League (NFL), and National Basketball Association (NBA) teams.

Droulez is a Forbes Retail 30 Under 30 honoree and a proven DTC executive. He was an early executive leader and Chief Marketing Officer of native digital home goods brand, Parachute Home, and holds a B.S. in Quantitative Analysis & Business from Carnegie Mellon University. Droulez went on to serve as Co-CEO of digital wellness brand Ladder and recently led the digital portfolio of the brands at consumer products platform, Exemplis.
