The Talent Studios has placed Jordan Judd as Chief Executive Officer of PT Motion Works, the active-lifestyle company behind GIBBON, ElliptiGO, and INDO Board.

PT Motion Works builds products around balance, movement, and healthy aging. Each brand created a category. GIBBON commercialized slacklining in 2007 and remains the global leader in balance training, built around the patented GIBBON SlackBoard. ElliptiGO pioneered elliptical cycling in 2010 and has sold more than 40,000 elliptical and stand-up bicycles. INDO Board, founded in 1998 by surfing pioneer Hunter Joslin, still defines the balance-board category.

That product innovation has translated into rapid commercial growth. PT Motion Works earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for two consecutive years, ranking #2,778 in 2025 and rising to #499 in 2026, with a recorded three-year revenue growth rate of 691%. Judd takes the CEO seat as founder Bryan Pate, who launched the company in 2007 and has led it ever since, moves to Executive Chairman to support the next phase of expansion across categories, channels, and international markets.

Judd has spent more than two decades scaling multi-brand businesses across sporting goods and active lifestyle. He joins from Revelyst, where he ran the Outdoor Performance division as President and General Manager, leading Simms, Bushnell, Camp Chef, Stone Glacier, and Blackhawk. Before that, he held senior executive roles at Amer Sports, including President of Salomon Americas, alongside earlier leadership roles at Armada Skis and Atomic. Across those positions, he built a strong track record of scaling businesses, sharpening operations, and driving growth across new channels and global markets.

The search was led by Katlyn Maloney and Jeremy Cohen of The Talent Studios.
