The Talent Studios Places Director of Supply Chain at Salt & Stone
The Talent Studios has placed Chrissy Vega Maun as Director of Supply Chain at Salt & Stone, the Los Angeles-based skincare and self-care brand built around active formulas, transportive scent, and a life lived in motion.
Founded by former professional snowboarder Nima Jalali, Salt & Stone blends naturally derived actives from the sea and mountains with skin science and fragrance across body care, deodorant, sunscreen, and personal care. The brand generated more than $165 million in revenue in 2025, with double-digit growth across all channels, and has expanded across Sephora Europe and Space NK.
Salt & Stone is backed by Advent International, which manages $102 billion in assets under management globally and has completed more than 445 private equity investments across its history. Advent’s select investments include ZIMMERMANN, Parfums de Marly, INITIO Parfums Privés, OLAPLEX, lululemon, and LaCroix.
Vega Maun brings more than a decade of supply chain, operations, purchasing, demand planning, and commercial experience across consumer products, personal care, and wellness. Most recently, she served as Director of Supply Network Operations at Native, part of Procter & Gamble. Earlier, she was Director of Supply Chain & Operations at @Flavor Insights, where she also led purchasing and demand planning.
The search was led by Jeremy Cohen and E.K. Goebel of The Talent Studios.
