The Talent Studios Places Senior Director of Brand Experience & Culture at Parívie
The Talent Studios has placed Elizabeth Tabak as Senior Director of Brand Experience & Culture at Parívie, the luxury skincare brand founded by Paris Hilton and built as a joint venture between 11:11 Media and Guthy-Renker.
Parívie brings together Hilton’s global consumer reach with Guthy-Renker’s beauty operating platform. Hilton has built one of the most successful celebrity fragrance businesses of the past two decades, with multi-billion-dollar sales across 29 fragrances. 11:11 Media has also built a broad consumer products platform, with more than $4 billion in global retail sales and presence across @Walmart and @Amazon in fashion, home, children, and family.
Guthy-Renker brings the brand-building blueprint behind Proactiv, Meaningful Beauty, JLo Beauty, Crepe Erase, and Westmore Beauty.
Parívie launched with Paris Hilton’s proprietary inPHinite Youth™ Technology, a complex developed with leading cosmetic chemists to target the visible effects of a high-velocity lifestyle. The brand sits at the intersection of luxury skincare, culture, and impact, with 1% of all sales directed toward women’s resilience programs through Paris Hilton’s nonprofit, 11:11 Media Impact.
Tabak brings experience building brand worlds across beauty, lifestyle, experiential retail, and celebrity-led consumer launches. She was a senior leader at Glossier during its high-growth era, where she scaled the brand’s experiential retail program across 12 locations and led strategy for its first fragrance launch, exceeding first-month sales targets by 27%. She has also held senior marketing roles at The HydraFacial Company and Show Me Your Mumu, and advised @Slate Brands on celebrity-led beauty and fragrance launches, including two seven-figure product launches in 2024.
The search was led by Katlyn Maloney, Serena Smith, and Jeremy Cohen of The Talent Studios.
