The Talent Studios Has Placed Operations Leader at Momofuku

1 min

The Talent Studios has placed Nicole Nestojko as the Senior Vice President of Operations at fast-growing, contemporary Asian-American foods brand, Momofuku.  The brand’s products have scaled quickly via digital direct-to-consumer and are now widely available in omni-channel retail and Amazon.  The search was led by Heather Porter and Serena Smith of The Talent Studios.

Nestojko was most recently Senior Vice President of Operations at Perfect Snacks, where she helped led the brand thru scale and exit to Mondelez.  Earlier in her career, Nestojko was a supply chain & sustainability executive with shelf-stable whole food manufacturer, Kashi.  Reporting to Momofuku CEO Paddy Spence, Nestojko will be responsibility for the brands scaling capabilities and operational quality across product sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain & distribution.

Momofuku’s product inspiration results from chef David Chang’s legendary restaurants, including the Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York.  The restaurant has been named by Bon Appetite as “the most important restaurant in America, and chef Chang has been named one of “the most influential people of the 21st century” by Esquire, received six James Beard Awards, recognized as GQ’s Man of the Year and aTime 100 honoree.
