The Talent Studios Places President at Beach House Group

The Talent Studios has placed Fadi Sayegh as President at Beach House Group, the parent company of BÉIS luggage & PATTERN Beauty. BEACH HOUSE GROUP is a Los Angeles-based brand incubator and B2C product platform, backed by Monogram Capital Partners.

Sayegh is a seasoned finance and operations executive who recently served as the CFO of MaryRuth’s Organics who built the accounting and finance function from the ground up as revenue doubled and EBITDA tripled. He is also a former CFO of Alchemee (formerly The Proactiv Company). As President, Sayegh will serve as the primary operating leader of Beach House Group, assuming full accountability for day-to-day execution, business performance, and financial leadership across the platform.

Founded in 2018 by Shaun Neff and PJ Brice (Allegro), Beach House Group operates at the intersection of brand incubation, brand acceleration, influencer partnerships, and retail. Its portfolio includes BÉIS, the travel and lifestyle brand co-founded by Shay Mitchell; NOYZ, a modern fragrance brand rooted in authentic storytelling; florence by mills, Millie Bobby Brown’s beauty and lifestyle line; PATTERN, Tracee Ellis Ross’s textured hair care brand; and Moon Oral Care, a Beach House Group Company.
